The 8-Week Reset is designed for clients who require a higher level of personalisation, support, and progression to achieve meaningful, measurable results.

You will receive 3-5 personalised workouts per week, depending on your goals and availability. Your training will follow a natural progression model, allowing you to build strength, fitness, and confidence over time while remaining aligned with your lifestyle and recovery needs.

Beyond training, the 8 Week Reset places greater emphasis on lifestyle integration. You’ll receive sleep, stress, and recovery strategies designed to support your training, energy levels, and day-to-day demands, helping you perform consistently rather than pushing through fatigue.

Throughout the eight weeks, you’ll focus on two key habits that reinforce sustainable behaviours and long-term change. These habit focuses are layered into the programme to support consistency without overload.

You’ll receive a 20 minute support call at Week 2, a written check-in at Week 4, and a further support call at Week 6. These are provided to review your progress at key points during your journey.
