Hi, I’m Rory, founder of Prolivis. My background is in fitness and personal training, having completed my Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Training qualifications early in my career.

Over time, my work has evolved beyond traditional personal training. I understand first-hand how difficult it can be to fit everything into a busy lifestyle, where it often feels like there simply aren’t enough hours in the day.

My aim is to help people create positive, sustainable lifestyle change - not just through fitness, but through better structure, stronger habits, and long-term consistency.
