12 Week Rebuild

The 12-Week Rebuild is our most comprehensive and personalised coaching service, designed for clients who require a high level of structure, oversight, and adaptability to achieve long-term results.

You’ll follow a fully periodised training programme with session frequency and intensity determined by your goals and lifestyle. Training is planned across the full 12 weeks to ensure progression is structured, purposeful, and aligned with long-term development rather than short-term results.

What sets the Rebuild Programme apart is the level of ongoing personalisation. Every two weeks you will have a 20 minute support call which enables us to review and adjust your programme accordingly based on performance, schedule, and habit adherence. This ensures your training continues to reflect your real-world demands and evolving needs.

Lifestyle coaching is deeply integrated throughout the programme. You’ll work through three key habit focuses across the 12 weeks, layered strategically to support sustainable behavioural change. These habits are reinforced alongside training and recovery to create consistency and resilience over time.

At the midpoint of the programme, you’ll take part in a one-hour deep-dive call. This session provides the opportunity to review progress in detail, refine strategy, address challenges, and ensure the second half of the programme continues to be fully aligned with your goals and priorities.
