This structured 1-to-1 consultation is designed to deep-dive into how you currently live day to day. Together, we explore your training history, sleep, stress, recovery, work demands, schedule constraints, and existing habits, alongside the challenges you’ve faced/currently face and the goals you want to achieve. The aim is not to change everything at once, but to gain clarity on what will work best for you right now.
The Lifestyle Audit allows us to identify key patterns, limitations, and opportunities that directly influence how your programme should be structured. This insight guides decisions around training frequency, intensity, recovery needs, habit focus, and progression, ensuring you are guided into the most appropriate programme for your needs.
