4 Week Foundations
The 4-Week Foundations is designed for clients who will benefit from a structured, short-term approach to building consistency and momentum.
You’ll receive three goal-appropriate workouts per week, aligned with your objectives and informed by the insights gathered during your audit. Each programme includes light customisation prior to starting, ensuring the structure reflects your experience level and schedule.
Alongside training, the 4 Week Foundations Programme provides clear sleep and recovery guidelines to support performance, energy levels, and overall well-being, without adding unnecessary complexity.
Throughout the four weeks, you’ll focus on one key habit designed to support consistency and build a strong foundation for future progress.
Midway through the programme, we will arrange a suitable time and date for a 20 minute support call. This call is designed to provide guidance, answer questions, and ensure you remain clear and confident in your approach throughout the programme.
